TJ Jiwan is the Founder and CEO of Trail Family of Businesses. In just four years, he has grown the portfolio to over 32 businesses, generating more than 40 million in annual revenue. Before launching Trail, TJ was a Senior Partner at a Fortune 500 company in the financial services industry.
TJ and his wife, Alia, enjoy a fun and active life with their three young children in the beautiful Milton, GA. Alia is not only his partner in life but also in business. Of all his achievements, TJ is most proud of being a father—he considers his children his greatest success and treasures every moment watching them grow.
Through Rawpreneur, TJ is on a mission to make practical, real-world business and leadership education accessible to everyone. He is committed to building a company that uplifts, empowers, and positively impacts every life it touches — using entrepreneurship as a powerful vehicle for change.

Alia Rasheed, MBA was born and raised in The Sultanate of Oman, and moved to the United States in the summer of 1999, as a 17-year old college student. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from The American University of Washington DC. She began her financial services career at Morgan Stanley, and then American Century Investments as an analyst. Many years later, she made the brave transition to entrepreneurship, where she owned and managed her own commercial real estate company and Franchise & Independent businesses with her husband & partner TJ Jiwan. When she’s not building a company with her husband, She loves to spend her time with her kids.
